Newly refurbished, its two floors are flooded with natural light. Big terraces all around the house and terraced garden with its stunning view over the bay and the town up to the mountains around Nice.
Your outdoor area is well furnished with table, sofa and sunbeds to enjoy the view and sunny weather.
You can park the car just in front of the house.
It’s 15 minutes walk or 1 minute drive to Col de Villefranche-sur-mer where you can find a bakery, a butcher, a pharmacy and a supermarket. It’s also about 12 minutes to the city center by car.
The bus stop is also just 5 minutes walking distance from the house.
You are independent (you have your own entrance to get into the apartment) but at the same time if you need some information and/or suggestions we will be happy to help you when we are at home.
You will be staying on the first floor of our house where there are 2 bedrooms, one with a big double bed and the other with 3 single beds. You will have your own private bathroom and your terrace where you can enjoy the sun, have breakfast or drink something in the evening.
If you need to store some food you can use our fridge.
We live in the same house on the second floor.
