Prices

All our apartments have the same prices and conditions.
Prices are depending on season and number of persons as shown below.

A forfait of 45€ has to be added to the total price for final cleaning + bed linen & towels provided .

Low season: January, February, March, October, November, December (except Carnival, Easter and Christmas time)
Mid season: April, May, June, September, 2 weeks Carnival, 1 week Easter time
High season: July, August, 2 weeks Christmas & New Year, 1 week Grand Prix de Monaco

The above prices are per night and include water, electricity & heating.
Prices may vary depending on length of stay, do not hesitate to fill our form to enquire about prices and availability.

Possibility to rent per month (please contact us for the price).

A minimum stay between three and six nights is requested (depending on the season).
During the summer peak season (july and august) we request a minimum 7 nights stay .

The reputation of Nice as seaside destination during summer is well established.
However, to forget mid-seasons and winter time would be a mistake. Christmas time with all his activities and the Carnival of Nice offer you a great opportunity of discovering Nice in winter and enjoy its mild climate.
