This lovely apartment, spacious and quiet, is situated on the 5th floor of a Nicois building in Rue Bonaparte, minutes from the port, Place Garibaldi and the heart of the Old Nice. Comfortable and well equipped, this flat is ideally located.
Promenade des Anglais and the sea is only a ten minutes walk away. The beach, the famous Cours Saleya flower market, restaurants, art galleries, museums and antique shops are all within walking distance.
A car is not necessary but if you prefer to travel by car, you may find a parking spot in the street, sometimes just in front of the door. If you are not lucky, there is secure parking just around the corner (Parking Barla).

Neighbourhood

In rue Bonaparte you'll find everything you need from fresh fruits and vegetables to fish, roasted chicken, take-away pizza or "socca" (a flavored pancake made with chick pea flour) and one of the best pastry shop in town ("Peché mignon", our favorite "patisserie" actually).
In Place Garibaldi, which is at the bottom of the street, seafood lovers we'll find a very typical and appreciated restaurant of Nice ("Café de Turin", very well known for oysters and shellfish in general).

The nearest railway station is just 10 minutes away on foot (Gare de Riquier).
Same distance for the coach station (Gare Routière). From there you can reach all famous sites of the French Riviera (Monaco about 20 min, Cannes about 40 min and between the two : Antibes, Cagnes-sur-Mer, Saint-Paul, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Beaulieu, Eze, etc….).
